AND I want to make sure that this is a fit.

I know this is unusual - to ask someone to slow down and check-in before hitting buy but I want to make sure there's clarity in this.

Each purchase comes with certain terms, an agreement, if you will, that you'll want to be familiar with.

I've carefully thought through some things in order to:

facilitate mindfulness and self-responsibility for actions taken at checkout.
ensure clarity around what's expected.
to make sure our relationship moves forward with integrity.

Proceeding in this purchase means that you understand and are ready to embrace these terms.

Purchases Are Final (if in doubt, don't buy!)

Please read each sales page mindfully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.

There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, so please take your time at the checkout and consider your purchase carefully.

Thank you for understanding this. I don't have a team of people to do admin work, it's just me. I present this work because I love it, I see the need for; I endeavour to offer it in a way to at least cover the costs to create it.

Payment Plans

Where you purchase via a payment plan, you understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in the offering.
Your payments are due on the same day of the month as when you first enrolled.
Please ensure that funds are available a few days before your payment date to avoid any issues with payment processing.
If your payment fails, you will immediately receive an email from Stripe, giving you the opportunity to correct the situation.
A second attempt will be made 48-hours later. If this also fails, your payment plan will be cancelled, and access to your course or program will be paused until you are able to settle the remaining amount in full.

This policy is in place to minimize the time-consuming process of chasing up failed payments.

Course Access Duration

Each course is different please confirm before purchase.
If a course access duration says lifetime then access is for as long as there's a course on the current platform. If a course is going to be replaced or removed from OnlineCourseHost, you will be given advance notice and the option to download the course material where possible.

Community/Share Are Guidelines

There are some courtesies to keep in mind:

Keep your shares SHORT and sensory based. Think 3-4 paragraphs maxiumum, 100 words or less. This is not a place for a life-story. Share snippets of things that you loved or are working through; usually the answer to questions 3, or 4 is recommended....but if you feel called to share something else this is great too.
NO ADVICE (unless someone DIRECTLY and SPECIFICALLY asks for it). If you find yourself wanting to tell someone what to do, then I suggest you pause - ask yourself do I know enough to make this suggestion?, was I asked?, why do I feel the need to say this and if after all of that you still feel drawn to sharing the reframe it. ex: This is what helped me...
Respond to what is attractive - the things that resonate for you. (For now, eventually more skill will come about how to respond to things that do not resonate for you). That's a course coming much later down the road.
Maintain confidentiality of other members and their shares
Use the space for questions, weekly reflections, and peer support, not for advertising
No spam, promotional content, or off-topic discussions
Share thoughtfully and respectfully

Sharing With Others

Please note that I am delighted for you to weave this into your own (Yoga, Forest Therapy or otherwise) offerings but it is not for anyone to teach specifically as their own.

For example you can say, “Hey I learned about this in Conversations With Nature and think it fits beautifully with what I am offering. You can learn more here” and then share it with your students. Thank you in advance for respecting that; this way we stay connected to lineage, there’s no appropriation, and we stay in respectful relationship.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, content, and resources provided through any course, program, or service remain the intellectual property of Natalie Forrest.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business and/or learning purposes only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for yourself, take the time to learn about natural conditions and restrictions before spending time in any natural spot. Get educated before you go for a walk or hike as to the dangers.
Liability Limitation: Natalie Forrest's total liability for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course, program, or service.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to deliver our services, including name, email address, payment information, and any information you provide in community spaces or during calls.
Data Use: Your information is used to deliver the services you've purchased, provide customer support, and send you relevant updates about our offerings and services.
Data Retention: Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services and for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Services: We use third-party services (Stripe and Paypal for payments, OnlineCourseHost for courses, Zoom for calls) which have their own privacy policies.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact me for your data.
Marketing Communications: By purchasing, you consent to receive relevant marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
